2019 Conference Details
Check-in/Registration: Thursday, March 28 from 4:00-5:30 pm for full conference attendees; Friday, March 29 / Saturday, March 30 8:30-9:00 am for one day conference attendees.
*Balance must be paid in full at registration unless arrangements are made ahead of time.
Arrival & Departure: If you are traveling by car or van, pull into the entrance at 4399 YMCA Camp Rd, Cleveland, SC 29635. Follow the signs and you will be directed to the office.
Meals: Your full conference registration includes 7 Meals (Dinner Thursday to Dinner Saturday). Commuter rate includes all 7 meals. One-day pass includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the day you registered for. Thursday dinner & evening program includes dinner only. Please let us know asap if you have any food allergies or restrictions so we can help the Camp Kitchen prepare for us!
Conference Program: Conference details are still being finalized. We will email an electronic copy of the schedule to everyone who registers and there will be a paper copy in your packet when you check in.
Skills & Thrills: Friday and Saturday Afternoon Skills & Thrills* - This list will be adjusted based on the number of attendees we have. We are working with Camp Greenville to offer as much as we can. Thanks for understanding! If you want to make sure we do something, let us know!

*Travel to offsite Skills & Thrills will be up to conference attendees. CAA will help organize carpooling.
Lodging: Cabins are bunk-style. You will need to provide your own bedding (sleeping bags are recommended). Check the weather forecast and bring the appropriate bedding that will keep you warm and comfy.
Weather: We will keep you updated on the forecast as we get closer to the conference.
