Call for Presenters

Share your wealth of knowledge with the Christian Wilderness and Adventure community!

Workshops are the heart and soul of our conferences.  At CAA, we believe everyone has something to share with the greater community–whether you are just starting out or you have years of experience.

Workshop Styles

Workshop styles typically range from presentation-style to  informal round table discussions to active skill-oriented topics.  The time frame for more “classroom-based” workshops is generally 90 minutes.  We offer skill-based, hands-on “skills and thrills” workshops in the afternoons, which can be up to 4 hours in length.

Workshop Topics

Workshop topics typically cover a broad range of subjects.  Some topics we have had in the past include: risk management issues, teaching methods, spiritual applications, logistical issues (food planning, course designs, etc), current trends and issues, building top rope anchors, swift water rescue, teaching paddling, etc.

If you are interested in presenting a workshop, please download the form below, fill it out, and email it to smallwood.amy@gmail.com no later than September 15, 2010.  Feel free to email Amy if you have any questions.
