Looking to promote your product or organization? We welcome exhibitors at our conferences, and we try to keep exhibiting fees as economical as possible – just $149.95 for exhibit space. Exhibits will be in prominent locations at our conferences for maximum visibility. Your exhibit will be displayed before an audience of wilderness program managners in camps or universities, university professors, college students, pastors, church volunteers, and many others. We encourage exhibitors to attend the conference; a special registration fee of $100 is reserved for exhibitors to help make this economical.
Sponsorship
We also have sponsorship opportunities. If your organization would like to be a sponsor of this year’s conference, please contact us at conference@caainfo.org. Sponsorships start at $300*, and include the following benefits:
- A link to your organization on our website
- Your organization’s logo in our conference materials
- Verbal recognition of sponsorship in our evening sessions
A minimum of $50 of sponsorship fees can be paid through in-kind donations. Sponsors also receive the exhibitor registration rate of just $100/person.
