Service Crew is Here!
Want to save a little money on this year's conference? We are pleased to offer a service crew option to those who don't mind helping us out with a few things during the conference in exchange for a percentage off your conference registration (dependent on # of hours worked). If you are interested, send an email to smallwood.amy@gmail.com with "CAA service crew" in the subject line. Service crew will be limited to a maximum of six people, so get your name in early. You must already be registered for the conference before you can apply for service crew. You will be reimbursed for hours worked after the conference.
Exhibiting
We welcome exhibitors at our conferences, and we try to keep exhibiting space as economical as possible - just $50 for members and $100 for non-members. There is also a specific registration price for exhibitors. Click here to register for exhibit space.
Sponsorship
Be a sponsor of this year's conference! Our sponsorship packages are designed to give your company or organization maximum exposure to professionals in the field of wilderness and adventure ministry. You partner with us to help make this conference great, and we give you advertising space to get your name out there. It's a win/win situation! Choose from the following sponsorship levels:
- $100 - logo in conference program, promotional material included in conference packet
- $300 - logo in conference program, promotional material included in conference packet
- $500 - logo and 1/4 page advertisement in conference program, free exhibit space, promotional material included in conference packet
- $1000 - logo in conference program and conference give-away (possibly donate a give-away?), full page advertisement in conference program, promotional material included in conference packet, free exhibit space, free registration.
