WinShape Wilderness, a ministry of the WinShape Foundation (www.winshape.org), seeks a full-time Manager of Programs. The Manager of Programs position is a leadership role responsible for all aspects of the experiential learning programming of WinShape Wilderness. This includes overseeing the development of the program as well as managing specific activity, including, but not limited to, needs assessments, program content, staff development, follow up, and course/gear maintenance. This position also includes the invitation to serve on the WinShape Wilderness Senior Leadership Team.

Journey Wilderness Adventures is currently accepting applications for two male and two female lead guide positions for our summer 2012 ten day wilderness backpacking trips in western China’s Tian Shan mountain range. Applicants for this position should have previous lead guide experience and a WFR certification that is good through October 2012.
JWA has been operating trips in Xinjiang, China since 2010 and is growing at a rate of more than 300% each year. For this reason, our ideal applicants would have a strong relationship with Christ, be willing to make a two summer commitment, are highly motivated, and enjoy working with diverse groups of people. This summer we will be providing nine english speaking trips for foreign adults and teens living in China, as well as two Chinese language trips for our local clientele. Full-time staff must be able to attend our staff training from May 29th to June 7th and work with us through the end of August.

Year-Round Wilderness Camp Counselor/Teacher
Cameron Boys Camp, a year-round wilderness therapeutic camping program, is seeking full-time counselor/teachers. We are an intense, relationship-based ministry to at-risk youth in a wilderness setting.
Activities include fixed campsite maintenance/tent building, weekly cookouts, hands-on experiential education program, educational daytrips, and extended 2-4 week expedition trips: canoe, backpack, lake and road trips.
